Rationale

Europe needs more entrepreneurs, more innovation and more high-growth SMEs. This is why it is necessary to stimulate the entrepreneurial mindsets of young people. The important role of education in promoting more entrepreneurial attitudes and behaviour is now widely recognised and it is top priority in Europe.
This project combines both an involvement in the culture of diverse countries and in medium or small enterprises. It is based on the following assumptions:
1. Most countries are facing a big economic crisis and work possibilities are scarce for young people.
2. Whenever they find a job, people have to accept the idea of insecurity.
3. Entrepreneurship is the only way out in such a problematic situation and we should get students to see the world with an entrepreneurial eye, looking for their next great opportunity around every corner.
4. Entrepreneurship is a creative effort, since it is based on the innovators’ ability to put their ideas into practice, hoping to transform them into successful commercial realities. Having an idea isn't enough unless you know how to bring your ideas to life. Here the role of school has top priority: it must help the new generations develop creative thinking:
• Integrate critical-thinking skills within and across all content areas
• Establish safe, intellectual, risk-free learning environments
• Provide students with repeated opportunities to practice higher-order thinking
• Consistently cultivate higher-order thinking skills
• Allow time to develop critical-thinking skills
• Promote academic conversations or dialogue that foster critical thinking
This project needs countries that are facing the same challenges as we are and that can offer training opportunities – 6 countries are enough. We believe students should get ideas and to do so they must get to know the entrepreneurial reality of many countries.
At the end of it each school will have collected a lot of data on every country participating in  the project and will have processed experiences and ideas. They will choose the strongest and develop it into an entrepreneurial proposal for their own country.

I teach English to students of 16 to 18 years of age. I've always been interested in getting them to use English in European projects in order to prepare them for their future jobs. I really would like them to understand that if the master English, their careers will enjoy better possibilities.

I’ve been the project coordinator in a Comenius bilateral partnership with Finland, as well as in two eTwinning ones so far. The subjects we are interested in are Architecture, Design, CAD Drawing, Surveying, Building and Construction Management, Building Sites Safety Regulations and House Restoration and Renovation.

I'm an English teacher  and EU Projects coordinator in my school Karatay Anadolu Lisesi Antalya TURKEY since 2004. My international experience started in 2004 with my participation in a European Projects such as Youth Comenius and Grundtvig and Youth in Action projects and a lot of  Socrates LLP and Erasmus+ trainings Conferences mobilities and Youth Exchanges

At the moment I'm working for Karatay anadolu Lisesi projects office  where I am responsible for various national and international projects. in project works my main interest and concentration has been on work with students and youngsters with fewer opportunities. I develop activities in students youth groups and associations (students civil society), this characteristic together with my degree in International Relations made me pretty aware about the different possibilities to make the difference not only in local level but in National and International as well.

I have been an English teacher since I finished my graduation in 2001 and I have been teaching English in a vocational school since 2003. I am quite interested in working with students in national and international projects. As I teach in a vocational school I have had the opportunity to work with students attending different vocational and technical courses, to work with different teams in multidisciplinary activities, which have allowed myself and all the other participants to develop our professional and vocational skills and competences and at the same time create strong satisfying bonds and rewarding relations within the school.

I have always been willing to embrace new projects so that I could motivate my students, to make them strive in order to accomplish their goals and to provide them opportunities they couldn't probably enjoy outside our school, such as visiting foreign countries and schools as a way of enriching their lives and knowledge. I have also been interested in learning about new subjects and new ways of teaching so that I can improve my own teaching methods and class environment.

Since 2003, I have realised that students who participate in Comenius, Leonardo da Vinci and later Erasmus+ Projects get more interested, autonomous, responsible, hardworking and motivated, ready to embrace new and challenging activities, learn new knowledge and face stimulating challenges like visiting a foreign country and hosting a foreign student.

I am a young teacher (a beginner) who teaches economic subjects such as economics, accounting and typewriting.

I teach students aged 15 to 19. They still give me a new energy and inspire me in my work.

I work as an educational consultant and careers mistress in our school, i.e. I solve the problems with students and their parents and help them with the choice of some college or university, eventually with their choice of occupation.

That's why we joined the “Entrepreneurial And Skilful Youth” Project to show the students how important it is to be prepared for their future life. Erasmus + - EASY is our school's first experience with international projects, but I believe that we manage to put together a successful end and lead to a lot of new international friendships.

I have more than 15 years of experience teaching English and German and have always focused on cultural awareness and artistic expression as a vehicle for discovering and internalizing a foreign language.

I use multimedia and web-based applications to make the learning process more intuitive, where students engage with the language through hands-on activities like science experiments and multimedia art projects in addition to structure and conversation.
